Our popular Young Writers Workshops are back!

We have made some exciting new changes to the program:

· Kids grades K-8 can register for either the morning or afternoon session, so a parent can bring all their kids to one workshop!

· Participants get 3 copies of their books instead of 1

· A limited number of scholarships are available by emailing programs@delawarelibraryfriends.org

These fun workshops, led by best-selling comic book author/illustrator and children's educational presenter, Steve Harpster, guide kids in writing and illustrating their own books. Each child will receive a professionally bound book with a duplicate copy added to the Delaware County District Library collection plus two books for family enjoyment.

at Liberty Library.

Online registration is required and a parent MUST be present with children.

Two sessions take place:

Grades K through 8th 10:00AM - 12:30PM

Grades K through 8th 1:30PM - 4:00PM

When registration opens, the $35 ticket may be purchased by clicking on the button below. (Friends of the Library members receive a $5 discount. Check your email for the promo code.) Additional copies of your child's book may be ordered the day of the event for $10 each.
