About Your Donations, Where & How They are used
We essentially support whatever the library wants & needs. In the past, our money has supported summer reading program, we have donated money to build a shelter at Orange, we gave money for the Makers Annex in Delaware which is a Makers’ Space for middle school students. With a grant from the Delaware County Foundation, we purchased a Smart Board for the Delaware Library Community Room. We have purchased Kuerig machines for the staff to enjoy! For the patrons at the Orange, Powell, and Ostrander libraries, we’ve purchased shopping carts to use.
